At Qlife Bike, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned gear must be in its original packaging and in unused, sellable condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Qlife account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Gear
Carefully pack the bike or accessories in their original shipping box, ensuring all manuals, tools, and protective padding are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
