Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For professional assembly services, please allow an additional 2-3 days for coordination with our local partners.
Do Qlife bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled in a secure box. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step guide to help you finish the setup in approximately 20-30 minutes.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes with significant mileage.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and components?
Yes, all Qlife frames come with a lifetime warranty. Components such as drivetrains, brakes, and suspension are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects.
Can I finance my purchase?
